If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule your appointment, depending on what’s left of your time slot.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment.
Life happens — we get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just call, text, or email us as soon as you can.
If it’s less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll just need a deposit to book your next appointment.
